The combination of the Sure-Track Pulley® with a “short
stretch” resistance cable makes the Flex Ranger a highly
versatile piece of equipment. It is easily adapted to meet
a wide variety of exercise needs and protocols. Unlike regular
tubing the Flex Ranger cable stretches to only 33% of its’ length
and has a very soft return, avoiding the quick snap-back effect
of other tubing.
